Commissions Policy

Thank you for your interest in a custom artwork commission. Please review the following policy before booking:

Deposit & Payment
A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to secure your commission and begin work. The remaining balance is due upon completion, prior to delivery.

Timeline
Commissions are completed within a one-month window from the start date (once the deposit is received and all project details are finalized). I will provide a more specific estimated completion date at the beginning of the project.

If I am unable to complete your commission within this agreed timeframe, you will receive a full refund of your deposit.

Process
Once our agreed upon timeline begins, I will begin the creative process. Depending on the project, this may include sketches or concept direction for approval before final execution. Minor revisions may be accommodated, but significant changes may incur additional fees.

Cancellations
Client cancellations after work has begun will result in forfeiture of the deposit.

Delivery
Final artwork will be delivered as agreed upon at the start of the project. Shipping fees will be discussed in advance.
